Hi,

I am Astrid. Belgian, blond, curious, passionate, full of energy. I wanted to create a place to share things I am passionate about.

I live in Belgium, where I grew up. My background: commercial engineer at ICHEC Business School, I spent 10 years working in Sourcing. 8 of them living in Shanghai China.

• That’s where yoga found me. I have been practicing since 2010, teaching Yoga since 2014.

• Music found me way before that when I was 10 and it never left me, I love singing mantras, variety, singing to my son, to wedding and events, singing in Chinese French English or Sanskrit, singing classical pieces.

• Make-up is an old love story, from my mother giving me her “used” make up when I was just a little girl to the joy I have creating looks for myself, others, kids to create fun, beauty, scary

• Sketchnote found me through work in 2016, when my boss mentioned a live visual recording at an event. Since then I found this way of visualizing idea really magic for memory, attention and sharing information

• I discovered the fascinating lettering and watercolor world during my maternity leave (thanks to my sister introducing me to Instagram), I find it relaxing and fun to work with brushes and water or even with the ipad
